 Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 60-day window from the purchase date for customers to request a refund or exchange. Custom-made products are non-refundable.

• Report Issues Within 2 Days: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Verified issues will be replaced free of charge.

• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

• Size Issues: Exchanges are not accepted for size or fit issues if the item matches the ordered size/variant. If we made an error, we will support a replacement or refund.

• Fees: Customers cover return shipping fees. Resending fees are not included.
